What are the membership types offered by Garden State MLS?

Broker Application

This application is designed for the Broker of Record and/or the Office Manager. To be eligible, applicants must be licensed to sell real estate in New Jersey.

Agent Application

Real estate agents can apply for membership using this application. But remember, their employing Broker must already be a member before the agent’s application can be processed.

Transfer Form

Agents who are transferring from one Broker to another or from one branch office to another can use this form to make the process a breeze.

Reinstatement Form

Agents who want to reinstate their membership with Garden State MLS can use this form to get back in the game.

Appraiser Application

This application is specifically for New Jersey certified appraisers who must be state-certified real estate appraisers to be eligible.

Administrator/Processor Application

Office administrators or processors who primarily perform Add/Edit work for an entire office can apply using this application. There’s a limit of 2 users of this type per office, and these users can’t list/sell property or have lock box cards.
