New Offices
Offices that wish to join MORR and/or MOREMLS can complete the fillable application form and submit it to the Membership Department. The package includes a prorated dues and fees schedule.
New Agents
New agents must complete the fillable application form. Dues and fees for new members are prorated based on the date of joining MORR/MOREMLS.
Affiliate Members
Affiliate membership is available to individuals without an active real estate license but with interests in the real estate profession. Affiliate members can promote their business, build their brand, and cultivate relationships with REALTOR® members.
Appraisers
Appraiser members have the option to join the Board and MLS or just MOREMLS. Application forms and dues schedules are available for both options.
Processor/Assistant
Each office is entitled to one unlicensed processor/assistant at no cost. Additional processors/assistants are charged an annual fee of 50% of the current MLS fee.
