What are the membership types offered by Bay East AOR?

REALTOR® – PRIMARY

REALTOR® – PRIMARY membership is for individuals who designate Bay East AOR as their primary local association. This membership includes access to the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), with optional MLS and key services.

REALTOR® – SECONDARY

REALTOR® – SECONDARY membership is for individuals who maintain their primary REALTOR® membership with another local association and want to add Bay East AOR as a secondary local association. Members continue to receive C.A.R. and NAR membership through their primary association, with optional MLS and key services through Bay East AOR.

Platinum Affiliate

Platinum Affiliate membership is designed for individuals engaged in real estate-related activities who don’t qualify for REALTOR® membership. This membership offers various benefits and opportunities to network with REALTORS® and brokers.

MLS ONLY

MLS ONLY membership is for individuals who only need MLS access without the additional benefits of REALTOR® membership. This subscription includes optional eKey access.

Licensed Assistant or Secretary

Licensed Assistant or Secretary membership is for licensed clerical members who work under the direct supervision of a Bay East MLS member. This membership includes REALTOR® benefits, with the difference between a Licensed Assistant assisting one specific member and a Licensed Secretary assisting several members in the same office.

Unlicensed Assistant or Secretary

Unlicensed Assistant or Secretary membership is for unlicensed clerical members working under the direct supervision of a Bay East MLS member. An Unlicensed Assistant assists one specific member, while an Unlicensed Secretary assists an entire office.
