The Bryan College Station Association of Realtors (BCSRAOR) is a trusted resource for real estate professionals and consumers in the dynamic Brazos Valley region of Texas. Founded in 1967, BCSRAOR serves over 1,300 REALTORS® and Affiliates across Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Leon, Madison, and Robertson Counties. The association is deeply involved in the communities it serves, actively participating in philanthropic work, political advocacy, community engagement, and public education.

BCSRAOR is the sole owner of the Bryan-College Station Multiple Listing Service (BCSMLS), which is the primary MLS for the region. With around 1,800 subscribers and over 3,000 active listings, BCSMLS is an essential tool for real estate professionals in the area. The association’s mission is to uphold the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, foster cooperation, member participation, and professionalism, provide valuable education and services, advocate for private property rights and equal housing opportunities, and enhance the quality of life in the communities it serves.

What are the membership types offered by Bryan College Station Association of Realtors?

Primary Association REALTOR® Membership

Primary Association REALTOR® membership is for those who pay their local, state, and national dues through BCSRAOR. This membership type requires an active TREC or TALCB license, and the head Broker/Appraiser (Designated REALTOR®) and branch office must be members for others to join. New primary members must attend an in-person Association Orientation or provide proof of completion within the past 2 years.

Secondary Association REALTOR® Membership

Secondary Association REALTOR® membership is for those who pay state or national dues through another association. A Letter of Good Standing from the primary association is required, and orientation is waived if previously completed in Texas. Secondary membership offers benefits such as reduced/free education, access to a members-only Facebook Networking Group, invitations to member-only events, and the ability for REALTORS® you manage to join BCSRAOR as primary members.

Non-Member Salesperson

The Non-Member Salesperson option is available for those who don’t need the full REALTOR® membership. Limitations include not being able to use the REALTOR® title, no member benefits such as ZipForms, and inability to join the MLS or Supra.

Affiliate Membership

Affiliate Membership is open to professionals who support the REALTOR® community through educational events, forums, and charitable activities that enhance the Brazos Valley community. There are two types of Affiliate Memberships: Premier Affiliates (limited to 25 members) and Associate Affiliates (unlimited).
