The Central Panhandle Association of REALTORS® (CPAR) is a key resource for real estate professionals in the beautiful Northwest Florida region. As the voice for real estate in this area, CPAR is a member-based association made up of REALTORS® and Power Partners. They run the MLS, share real estate market data, and offer continuing education, professional development, facility access, and networking opportunities.

CPAR holds classes, meetings, and events that benefit their members and the local communities. They’re actively involved in political advocacy for REALTOR® issues and private property rights. The association supports around 2,400 REALTOR® Members and 250 Power Partners across five counties: Bay, Calhoun, Washington, Holmes, and Jackson. Plus, CPAR regularly contributes to local charity organizations and philanthropic works.

What are the membership types offered by Central Panhandle AOR?

REALTOR® Member

REALTOR® membership is for individuals licensed with the Florida Real Estate Commission as Active Brokers or those registered, licensed, or certified by an appropriate state of Florida regulatory agency to engage in the appraisal of real property. These members are actively engaged in the real estate profession, including buying, selling, exchanging, renting, leasing, managing, appraising for compensation, building, developing, or subdividing real estate.

Secondary REALTOR® Member

Secondary members are REALTORS® who hold primary membership with another association but want access to the services offered by CPAR. The only difference in fees is that secondary members don’t pay State or National Dues through CPAR, as these are already paid through their primary association.

Power Partner/Affiliate

Power Partners are businesses that provide goods or services that homebuyers or members want and need. Examples include advertisers, architects, attorneys, bankers, builders/developers, home inspection companies, insurance companies, mortgage brokers, and title companies. Power Partner membership offers various benefits, such as sponsorship opportunities, access to the member mailing list, committee participation, and networking events.

Additional Non-Member Types

CPAR also offers non-member types, such as Administrative Assistant (unlicensed staff providing administrative support to a REALTOR®) and MLS Only (access to MLS without joining the association directly).
