Realtor® Membership

To become a Realtor® member, you’ll need to schedule an appointment with the membership team, either in-person or virtually. The process is pretty straightforward: complete the online application, provide a valid real estate license, and pay the appropriate dues based on your membership category (primary, secondary in-state, secondary out-of-state, or MLS-only). As a new member, you’ll also receive a welcome packet and attend orientation classes.

Affiliate Membership

Institute Affiliate Membership

New Company Membership

If you’re starting a new company, you’ll need to make an appointment with the membership team, either in-person or virtually. The process is simple: complete the online application, provide a real estate license number, pay member dues, and review the New Member Welcome Packet.
