Company Membership
Company membership is open to brokers-in-charge licensed under Chapter 57 of Title 40 of the South Carolina Code of Laws and appraisers who are certified or licensed under Chapter 60 of Title 40 of the South Carolina Code of Laws. To apply, you’ll need to submit an initiation fee, a filled-out company membership application, a business license (if your local jurisdiction requires it), and proof of errors and omissions insurance. Before getting access to the CMLS system, an agent/representative or individual member has to attend and complete a 2-hour intro class and orientation.
Agents / Agent-Assistants / Office Administration Membership
Agents, agent-assistants, and office administration staff who want to join CMLS need to fill out and submit the New User / Reactivation Application. Only licensed agents can get the Supra eKey for lockbox access. The company must be a current CMLS member, and all new users have to attend a 2-hour intro class and orientation before they can access the system.
