This membership type caters to agents seeking Primary, Secondary, and Local Membership. Applicants must provide a Letter of Good Standing from their Primary Board/Association and complete the Board Membership Application.
New Company Membership
Designed for new brokerage and appraisal offices, this membership requires the submission of a New Company application along with applicable fees if the broker is not already a subscriber to the EABOR MLS.
MLS Only Subscriber
Non-REALTOR® MLS Subscribers who do not hold an active REALTOR® Membership can opt for this membership type by completing the MLS Only Subscriber Application.
Affiliate Membership
Local Affiliate and State Affiliate (AL) members can join EABOR through the Affiliate Membership, which requires the completion of the Affiliate Member Application.
Appraiser Membership
New appraisers can become members of EABOR by submitting both the Appraiser Application and a New Company application.
Training Waiver
While Primary EABOR Members do not qualify for the Training Waiver, other members can apply for it using the EABOR Orientation and Training Waiver form.
