What are the membership types offered by Firelands Association of Realtors?

Designated REALTOR®

The Designated REALTOR® is responsible for all duties and obligations of licensees associated with them, including arbitration of disputes and payment of Association dues as per the Bylaws. They must be a sole proprietor, partner, corporate officer, or branch office manager actively engaged in the real estate profession, maintaining a current, valid real estate broker’s license or certification for property appraisal.

REALTOR®

A REALTOR® is a licensee actively engaged in the real estate profession other than as a sole proprietor, partner, corporate officer, or branch office manager. They must be associated with a Designated REALTOR® member of the Association or another association, maintaining a current, valid real estate broker’s or salesperson’s license or certification for property appraisal.

Affiliate Member

Affiliate membership is open to professionals related to the real estate industry but not engaged in real estate licensing. These members support the REALTOR® community through educational events, forums, and charitable activities that enhance the Firelands community.

MLS Appraiser Affiliate

MLS Appraiser Affiliates are appraisers with MLS access.

MLS Only Access
