REALTOR® Membership
REALTOR® Membership is for individuals who pay their local, state, and national dues through GBAR. New members must complete an orientation program, which includes courses on Government Affairs, MLS Rules and Regulations, Contracts and Forms, and the INNOVIA® System. The cost of the Orientation is included in the Entrance Fee.
Affiliate Membership
Affiliate Membership is open to professionals who support the REALTOR® community through educational events, forums, and charitable activities that enhance the Greater Binghamton community. Primary Affiliate Membership has an annual dues of $200 and includes benefits like networking opportunities, exposure to regional affiliates, listing on the GBAR website, and more. Representative Affiliate Membership, for additional members from the same Primary member company, has an annual dues of $50.
