The most common membership type, which includes local, state, and national memberships and access to GEBOR MLS. Eligible for those licensed to sell real estate in Pennsylvania and affiliated with a GEBOR member Broker of Record or Designated REALTOR®.
MLS-Only Subscriber
For those who hold active Primary membership with another local REALTOR® association and are affiliated with a GEBOR member Broker of Record or Designated REALTOR®. This membership provides access solely to GEBOR MLS.
Secondary REALTOR® Membership
For those who hold active Primary membership with another local REALTOR® association and would like to join GEBOR as a Secondary Member, with or without access to GEBOR MLS.
Appraiser Membership
Appraisers are considered REALTOR® members by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). GEBOR offers this as a separate membership to optimize member recognition and directory assignments.
Affiliate Membership
For individuals who do not have an active real estate license but provide services, supplies, or are otherwise related to or interested in the real estate industry (e.g., attorneys, bankers, home inspection companies, mortgage companies, developers, title companies).
Office Setup
For Brokers of Record, Designated REALTORS®, Appraisers, or their representatives interested in setting up a new office for GEBOR REALTOR® membership and/or MLS participation.
