Primary REALTOR® Member
Primary REALTOR® membership is for individuals who pay their local, state, and national dues through GTAR. New members need to complete an orientation program and have voting rights and the ability to hold leadership positions.
Secondary REALTOR® Member
Secondary REALTOR® membership is for individuals who pay state or national dues through another association. A Letter of Good Standing from the primary association is required, and orientation is waived if previously completed in Texas. Secondary members also have voting rights and can hold leadership positions.
MLS Only Member
MLS Only membership is for individuals who already hold REALTOR® membership in another association in Texas and only need MLS services at GTAR. The broker must be a participant in GTAR first.
Affiliate Member
Affiliate membership is open to professionals who support the REALTOR® community through educational events, forums, and charitable activities that enhance the East Texas community. These members aren’t actively engaged in the real estate profession but have an interest in real estate information and support the association’s objectives.
