Business Affiliate Membership

Business Affiliate Membership is perfect for businesses that offer services to REALTORS®. This membership gives you access to the HCAR Member Roster for potential networking, free and discounted association events and promotions, a weekly HCAR Newsletter, and advertising opportunities through the HCAR Newsletter’s Allied Member Spotlight article.

Primary or Secondary REALTOR® Membership

Primary or Secondary REALTOR® Membership is available to licensed real estate agents who want to make HCAR their primary or secondary association. This membership includes access to the exclusive High Country MLS, real-time statistics via the HCAR Member Plus App, free membership lunches and Lunch & Learns, positive image and public awareness initiatives, access to high-quality education at discounted rates, and participation in committees and events.

MLS-Only Subscriber

The MLS-Only Subscriber membership is for REALTORS® who are members of another association in North Carolina and whose Firm/BIC is already an MLS member. This membership grants access to the exclusive High Country MLS and its tools and resources.

New Office Membership

New Office Membership is designed for brokers in charge of starting a new office. This membership includes all the benefits available to REALTOR® members, as well as additional support for setting up a new office.
