REALTORS®
Real estate agents wishing to join LHAR must be licensed in the state of Arizona, hold their license under a managing Designated REALTOR®/Broker who belongs to LHAR, and submit a completed “REALTOR®” new member application signed by their DR/Managing Broker along with full payment of all applicable fees.
Designated REALTORS®
Licensed Real Estate Brokers wishing to join LHAR must submit a completed “Designated REALTOR®” new member application along with full payment of all applicable fees.
Secondary Members
Licensees may join LHAR as a secondary member by submitting a completed new member application, full payment of all applicable fees, and a letter of good standing from their primary association.
Affiliate Members
Affiliate membership is comprised of individuals involved in a business related to real estate but who are not licensed Real Estate Agents, Brokers, or Appraisers. They may join LHAR as an affiliate member.
Appraisers
Licensed Real Estate Appraisers wishing to join LHAR must submit a completed “REALTOR®” new member application along with a copy of their license and full payment of all applicable fees. If the appraiser wishes to participate in LHAR MLS, they must submit a participation agreement along with their application.
Property Manager / REALTOR®
Licensed Real Estate Agents wishing to join LHAR as a Property Manager must submit a completed new member application along with full payment of all applicable fees. Agents who join as a Property Manager and do not wish to participate in the MLS service must submit an MLS Waiver Form with payment of applicable fees.
