Designated REALTOR®
This membership is for licensed brokers or appraisers who are the sole proprietor, partner, corporate officer, or branch office manager acting on behalf of the firm’s principals. Designated REALTOR® members have full access to the association’s resources, tools, and services.
REALTOR® (Licensee)
REALTOR® membership is available to licensed brokers, salespersons, or appraisers who are associated with a Designated REALTOR®. These members have access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), member benefits, and services provided by the association.
MLS Only
The MLS Only membership is designed for licensed brokers, salespersons, or appraisers who have an established primary membership elsewhere and would like to join LBAR as an MLS-only member. This membership grants access to the MLS system and tools necessary for listing and searching properties.
Affiliate
Affiliate membership is open to professionals who support the REALTOR® community through educational events, forums, and charitable activities that enhance the Bluegrass region. Affiliates gain access to updated membership lists, bi-weekly newsletters, event notifications, networking opportunities, and more. They also have the ability to host Lunch & Learns, promote their products/services at education courses and county meetings, and receive discounts on services like Office Depot.
