What are the membership types offered by Longview Association of Realtors?

Designated REALTOR®

The Designated REALTOR® membership is for the principal broker of a real estate office or firm. This individual is responsible for ensuring that all agents within their office who are REALTOR® members of LAAR abide by the association’s rules and regulations.

REALTOR®

REALTOR® membership is available to licensed real estate agents and brokers who are affiliated with a Designated REALTOR®’s office. To join as a REALTOR®, the Designated REALTOR® of the office must also be a member of LAAR, unless they are already a member.

Primary Member

Primary membership is for real estate professionals who are not currently members of any other REALTOR® association or board. Primary members pay their national, state, and local dues through LAAR and enjoy full access to all member benefits, including MLS access, voting rights, committee participation, and leadership opportunities.

Secondary Member

Secondary membership is an option for real estate professionals who are already primary members of another REALTOR® association or board in Texas. Secondary members pay local dues to LAAR and enjoy the same benefits as primary members, such as MLS access, voting rights, committee participation, and leadership opportunities.

MLS Only Member

MLS Only membership is designed for real estate professionals who are members of another REALTOR® association or board and only require MLS access through LAAR. This membership type does not include additional benefits beyond MLS access.
