Martha’s Vineyard MLS (MVMLS) offers various membership types tailored to different roles within the real estate sector. Membership is available to both REALTORS® and non-REALTORS®.

Responsible Member and Office Applications

For responsible office members such as sole proprietors, partners, corporate officers, or branch office managers acting on behalf of firm principals. All active real estate licenses at the office location must also join MVMLS as Subscribers or must be approved as fee-waived licensees.

Agent Member Applications

For licensed individuals affiliated with a Designated REALTOR® seeking membership with the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS® and MVMLS, or for licensed individuals seeking membership to MVMLS only.

MVMLS Administrative Applications

Real estate offices that are current members of MVMLS can create administrative accounts for their office staff. Each office location gets 1 free Office Assistant OR Agent Assistant account; additional accounts cost $33 per quarter.
