REALTOR® and REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® Membership
REALTOR® and REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® memberships are available for licensed real estate professionals. Membership dues are prorated based on the month the applicant’s license was received by the sponsoring broker.
Primary Affiliate Membership
Primary Affiliate membership is open to professionals who work in conjunction with the real estate industry but do not directly sell real estate. Primary Affiliate members enjoy exclusive opportunities to connect with MAAR members through event sponsorships and networking events.
Individual Affiliate Membership
Individual Affiliate membership is similar to Primary Affiliate membership but is granted on an individual basis rather than a company basis. This membership type is ideal for professionals who want to establish relationships within the real estate community and take advantage of MAAR’s many benefits.
MLS Only Membership
MLS Only membership is available for real estate professionals who are primary members of another association but wish to access MAAR’s Paragon MLS. This membership type includes access to the MLS and requires completion of MLS orientation within 90 days of joining.
