An individual applying for MLS Participant must hold an active South Carolina real estate broker-in-charge license or be a South Carolina certified or licensed real estate appraiser and hold Designated REALTOR® membership with the Spartanburg Association or another Association of REALTORS®.

MLS Subscriber

An individual applying for MLS Subscriber must hold an active South Carolina real estate non-principal broker or sales license, or be a South Carolina certified or licensed real estate appraiser with the same office as a broker-in-charge or principal appraiser who is a participant of the Spartanburg MLS. Applicant must hold membership with the Spartanburg Association or another Association of REALTORS®.
