New Subscriber Membership

This membership is perfect for new agents joining an office that already subscribes to MLS PIN services. To qualify, the agent must hold an active real estate broker license, sales license, or be a licensed or certified appraiser or appraiser trainee. The application process involves submitting a copy of the license, a Subscriber Information Form, and a Subscriber Agreement Form.

New Office Membership

The New Office Membership is for offices looking to become an MLS PIN Participant. To be eligible, the office must hold an active real estate broker or appraisal license within the six New England states and be a Corporation, LLC, LLP, LP, or GP. The application process requires submitting a Participant Agreement Application, copies of licenses, and Subscriber Information and Agreement Forms for affiliated subscribers.

Comparable Access Membership

This membership is designed for real estate professionals who don’t meet the full participation requirements or hold an active real estate license but are actively engaged in real estate brokerage services, management, mortgage financing, appraising, land development, or building. The Comparable Access Membership provides limited access to sold and rental properties, public records, CMA and market statistic reports, and other important tools and training resources.
