Pacific Regional MLS

Pacific Regional MLS (PACMLS) is a REALTOR®-owned multiple listing service based in Washington State, offering its 1,500+ members cutting-edge technology to become local market experts. As the first and only REALTOR® Regional MLS organization in the state, PACMLS is a collaborative effort dedicated to providing exceptional services to real estate professionals across the Northwest.

Incorporated in 2012, PACMLS aims to create a strong, regional multiple listing service designed to serve REALTOR® association members. The organization recognizes the challenges faced by smaller MLS organizations in providing affordable, high-quality services and has taken proactive steps to address these issues by allowing the merger of operations, providing needed services at reasonable costs, and keeping ownership and revenue within the associations.

PACMLS is committed to protecting the integrity and quality of its information, lowering costs, and improving services for its REALTOR® Associations and their members. The organization has already made significant strides in achieving these goals, including serving five counties through one MLS, delivering cost savings for added services, providing statewide tax data, ensuring listing accuracy with iCheck, eliminating duplicate MLS fees, and expanding its market reach.
