The Realtors Association of Southern MN (RASM) is a key organization for real estate professionals in the thriving Southern Minnesota region. Primary Membership
This membership is for individuals who want to become primary members of the REALTOR® Association of Southern Minnesota. Applicants must fill out the Primary Membership Application and submit it along with the required payment.
Secondary Membership
Secondary Membership is for individuals who are already primary members of another REALTOR® association and wish to join the REALTOR® Association of Southern Minnesota as secondary members. A Secondary Membership Application must be completed and submitted with payment.
Primary Affiliate Membership
Primary Affiliate Membership is designed for businesses or individuals who are not engaged in the real estate profession but have interests in the real estate industry and the association. The Primary Affiliate Application must be filled out and submitted with payment.
Add-on Affiliate Membership
Add-on Affiliate Membership is for additional staff members of a primary affiliate member’s organization. The Add-on Affiliate Application must be completed and submitted along with payment.
Supra eKey User Membership
Supra eKey User Membership is for individuals who need access to the Supra eKey system, which is used for accessing lockboxes on listed properties. The Supra eKey User Application must be filled out and submitted with payment.
MLS Company Membership
MLS Company Membership is for companies that want access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) provided by the REALTOR® Association of Southern Minnesota. The MLS Company Application must be completed and submitted with payment.
MLS-Only Membership
MLS-Only Membership is for individuals or companies that only require access to the MLS and are not interested in the other membership benefits. The MLS-Only Member Application must be filled out and submitted with payment.
Unlicensed Support Staff Membership
Unlicensed Support Staff Membership is for support staff who work for a REALTOR® member but are not themselves licensed agents. The Unlicensed Support Staff Application must be completed and submitted with payment.
