What are the membership types offered by San Antonio Board of Realtors?

REALTOR® Membership

REALTOR® Membership is for individuals who hold an active real estate license, are active in the real estate business, and are affiliated with or work for a Designated REALTOR® who has an office open to the public. New members are required to complete an orientation program and have an active license with the Texas Real Estate Commission.

Designated REALTOR®/New Company Membership

Designated REALTOR®/New Company Membership is for individuals who have an active Texas broker’s license and are a corporate officer, sole proprietor, or partner in the real estate business. Applicants must have a clean record regarding unprofessional conduct and bankruptcy.

Primary Affiliate Membership

Primary Affiliate Membership is for individuals who are in a business connected to real estate without holding an active real estate license. Affiliate members should have goals similar to those of SABOR and be interested in SABOR events.

Additional Affiliate Membership

Additional Affiliate Membership is granted to individuals whose company is already a primary Affiliate member.

MLS Subscriber Only (Non-member)

MLS Subscriber Only (Non-member) is for individuals whose broker must be an MLS participant. They are required to fill out the MLS Only Application – Agent form and provide a letter of good standing from their primary board.
