Affiliate Membership

Affiliate Membership is perfect for real estate-related organizations providing services in lending, escrow, home warranty, insurance, and other quality service programs. Affiliates enjoy similar privileges to REALTOR® members but with some restrictions regarding the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), elections, and certain committees.

MLS Participant Membership

The MLS Participant Membership is for those who want to use the MLS for establishing legal relationships with other participants through contractual offers of compensation and cooperation. To qualify, you’ll need a valid California real estate broker’s license, agree to follow MLS rules, pay applicable fees, and complete an orientation program.

Appraiser Membership

Appraiser Membership is for individuals with a valid California Appraiser certification or license. It offers access to a database of sales activity through FlexMLS and Realist parcel tax information.

REALTOR® Membership
