Primary Association REALTOR® Membership is for those who pay their local, state, and national dues through WAAR. This membership grants you access to all the benefits and resources offered by WAAR, AAR, and NAR. New members are required to attend an Association New Member Orientation or provide proof of attendance within the past two years.
Secondary Association Membership
Secondary Association Membership is designed for individuals who pay state or national dues through another association. This membership allows you to enjoy all local Association privileges and enables licensees under your sponsorship to join WAAR as primary association members. A Letter of Good Standing from your primary association is required, and orientation is waived if previously completed in Alabama.
MLS Only Membership
MLS Only Membership is an option for those who wish to join only the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). To be eligible, you must be sponsored by a broker who has MLS access. All MLS members are required to attend an MLS New Member Orientation within 90 days of joining.
