Affiliate Members
Affiliate Members are individuals interested in the real estate business, such as employees of banks, savings and loan associations, abstract and title companies, public utilities, education, governmental, or other similar organizations, but are not engaged in real estate activity on their own account or in association with a licensed real estate broker.
REALTOR Members
REALTOR Members are individuals licensed under or affiliated with a Designated REALTOR member. To become a REALTOR Member, individuals must complete the entire application process, which includes the application form, application fee, Code of Ethics course, and orientation.
Primary Member
Primary Membership is for individuals seeking to become a primary member of WCAOR. New members are required to complete an orientation program.
Secondary Member
Secondary Membership is for individuals who pay state or national dues through another association but want to join WCAOR as a secondary member. A Letter of Good Standing from the primary association is required, and orientation is waived if previously completed.
Transferring Member
Transferring Membership is for those who have paid their state or national dues through another association and are transferring their primary membership to WCAOR. A Letter of Good Standing is needed, and orientation is waived if previously completed in Ohio.
Appraiser Member
Appraiser Membership is available to Certified General or Residential Appraisers. If the appraiser also holds an active real estate license, the real estate membership requirements take precedence.
Office Staff
Office Staff Membership is for staff members working in real estate offices.
