WRIST Secondary Membership

WRIST Secondary Membership is great for real estate professionals who are primary members of another MLS but want to access WRIST’s services. To set up a new office with WRIST as a secondary member, an office application must be completed, along with a new member application for each participating licensee. Principal Broker participation is required. Secondary membership fees are $25 per member, per month, with a $200 application fee to open the office.

Unlicensed Staff Membership

Unlicensed staff members can access WRIST’s MLS by filling out the new member application. The administrative MLS access fee for unlicensed staff is $10 per staff member, per month.

Orientation Requirement

All new licensed members of WRIST must attend a 2-hour orientation class. Once accepted, members will receive an email with their login information and scheduled orientation date. Orientation must be completed within 60 days of membership acceptance.
