Anyway, a lot of really cool stuff I wanted to talk to your guys about. Number one, we now have a full support team. We want to make sure you guys are getting the absolute most out of your websites.

To contact our support team … Basically, any time you have questions about anything just contact us. You can talk to our support team by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. You can visit our site and click the support link. That will bring you to our zen desk knowledge base. You can submit a ticket there.

While I’m at it let also just mention that that zen desk knowledge base has detailed tutorials on just about every aspect of your site. You should definitely take some time to familiarize yourself with that if you haven’t already. The third way is to just visit our sites. You’ll see on the bottom right there’s a live chat during the hours of 9 am to 7 pm Eastern Standard Time. You can chat directly with one of our site technicians.

[00:01:00] The second thing I want to talk about is we now have a full development team. We have made all sorts of cool improvements to the features and functionalities within the backend of your website. We’re going to be talking a lot about this over the next couple of weeks. What we’re going to be doing is we’re going to be publishing a weekly or biweekly blog post directly to our AgentFire.com site. If you haven’t already, make sure to follow us on Facebook or Twitter. As the second these posts go live they’ll be posted there.

We will also send out a weekly or biweekly newsletter recap to all of our existing clients of the various updates or things that are now available from your backend. Now that we have the development team, 90% of our development comes from requests from things you guys request. I work 12 hours a day but there’s so much stuff out there and sometimes it’s hard for me to research everything.
