What exactly is TeamLink?

Team Link is AgentFire’s answer to outdated, watered-down agent subdomains. With Team Link, your entire real estate team shares a single, all-powerful, unified website (instead of individual, limited subdomain sites!).

Each agent gets their own personalized landing page, plus their own unique #AgentTag, which they can add to the end of ANY URL on the website to ensure full attribution for any resulting leads!

Traditional subdomains are separate mini-websites often limited in features, functionality, and design. Team Link, however, integrates agent functionality directly into one robust team site, enhancing the overall experience, unifying your marketing efforts, and keeping all your agents working together seamlessly.

Not exactly. Team Link isn’t a separate website—it’s your own branded profile page integrated into your team’s main website. You can even set up your own vanity URL pointing directly to your profile page. However, keep in mind that when visitors navigate away from your profile, the URL reverts to the team’s main site URL.

Nope! You have complete control over who you invite—enroll just a few agents, or your entire team. Plus, with no long-term contracts, you can adjust the number of agents enrolled whenever you’d like.

Yes! Agents benefit from the team’s existing IDX integration automatically, with no extra setup or registration required. And don’t worry—Team Link works whether you’re using AF IDX or any other of AgentFire’s IDX integration partners.

Agents can set up a vanity URL pointing directly to their personalized Team Link profile page through domain masking. However, once visitors leave that profile page, the URL will revert to the main team’s domain.

No, your team’s website can only connect to a single CRM account. From there, you can invite your agents into that centralized CRM.

Our understanding is that ads should only be run by the team leaders, and not by individual agents, because according to many advertiser policies, multiple accounts are not allowed to run advertising to the same domain, which can result in account suspension.

With that said, Team Link includes unique agent hashtags (#AgentTags) that can be added to any URL on the team website. This means agents can independently market themselves, run ads, and still ensure accurate attribution for any converted leads. However, make sure to confirm with an advertising professional before proceeding!
